got a new inkadinkadoo set today and thought i would make some birds. I really like the antique look of the background with the whimsical look of the fat bird shooting flowers out. so to contrast even more i put it on pink cardstock so we have new old new layers. I used rose and chocolate chip colors from stampin' up . The other card i was playing with doing some colored pencil watercolor. Using mineral spirits to break down the wax in the color you spread the pigment around with a stump giving a water color look. I'm not overly thrilled with the final outcome perhaps i need more practice or better colored pencils.
